Georgia began her career as an executive assistant within a large-scale international family office, supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and gaining first-hand insight into the structure, discretion, and complexity of private environments. This early experience laid the foundation for her deep understanding of how high-performing private households and family offices operate.

Seven years ago, she founded her own recruitment business and has since built a strong global reputation, representing clients across the UK, UAE, USA, and Europe. Georgia has extensive experience across all aspects of personal hiring, from domestic staff—including nannies and housekeepers, to senior leadership roles such as estate managers, chiefs of staff, and CFOs within family offices.

She has successfully built teams from scratch, led organisational restructures, and supported clients through periods of growth and transition.
