Charlie Dalziel
Charlie’s career sits at the intersection of leadership, trust, and operational delivery. With over 20 years of experience across military command and senior Family Office roles, he has led teams and projects through some of the most demanding environments – from conflict zones to complex private office settings across Europe and the GCC.
He began his career as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, serving a decade in leadership roles including in Afghanistan and Iraq. There, he learned to make clear decisions under pressure, lead by example, and place people at the heart of every mission. His time on Her Majesty the Queen’s Royal Guard and as an Intelligence Officer exemplified a mission-first mindset and an ability to deliver in high-profile, complex scenarios.
Transitioning into private service, Charlie took on Chief of Staff and Director roles in multiple Single Family Offices. He has overseen estate portfolios, managed specialist staffing, and led security and procurement operations. He has also delivered major logistical projects for the UK Government in remote environments, combining strategic oversight with practical execution.
What sets Charlie apart is his character – defined by loyalty, respect, and discretion. He sees every client relationship as a long-term partnership and brings cultural fluency to his work, speaking fluent French and Italian, as well as 2-decades of Arabic and calle Spanish. This enables him to build trust and operate effectively, particularly in the GCC where he has held senior roles.
Raised in Geneva and working extensively across Europe and the Middle East, Charlie brings global perspective and grounded execution to everything he does. Whether managing risk, operations, or sensitive client matters, he thrives where strategy meets logistics.
He lives between the Cotswolds, London and Edinburgh with his wife and two children, and is passionate about motorbikes and skiing – pursuits that reflect his love of challenge, precision, and momentum.
